He was previously the CEO and a Co-Owner of '58 Foundations & Waterproofing, a trusted regional business specializing in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl spaces, and mold remediation. Before that, Kevin had co-founded RESCON, a national leader in emergency disaster restoration services, where he played a key role in growing the business through acquisitions. He has a deep understanding of partnering with other companies and bringing them together for greater success.

Todd’s a 24-year industry veteran who’s been with BDry Waterproofing, Grate Products, and President and a Co-Owner of ’58 Foundations & Waterproofing. Todd has been a leader in the home repair and improvement industry focused on training, product design, best installation methods, business development, and a forefront thinker in the basement, crawlspace, and foundation repair industries.

Richard has been a foundation repair and waterproofing business marketer for 22 years. He started at Basement Systems where he built the Treehouse Internet Group that generated hundreds of thousands of sales leads across the US and Canada for Basement Systems and Foundation Supportworks. For the previous five years, he was the CMO and a Co-Owner of ’58 Foundations & Waterproofing.

Michael is a proven finance leader with broad industry experience in both public and private spaces. He has a well-established cross-functional understanding of business operations and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. His passion is for optimizing and evolving businesses for greater success.

Andrew has a proven track record in business development, M&A, and strategic growth. He has played a pivotal role in scaling businesses across several different industries. He has a deep understanding of bringing businesses together for greater success having been a Vice President at US Radiology, where he led over $1 billion in acquisitions and spearheaded several key strategic initiatives. Before US Radiology, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Raymond James & Associates, where he focused on bringing together middle-market healthcare companies.

Divija is an integration leader focused on growth through partnerships with small home service businesses. She has extensive experience in M&A and is known for bringing teams, processes, systems and cultures together. Given her background in engineering, she enjoys working with teams on the ground to understand challenges and identify unique solutions that will generate long term value for the business. Prior to Vanterra, Divija worked at Cargill and Ernest & Young where she led acquisitions of both public and privately held family-owned businesses, with a focus on integrating companies together to drive strategic growth.

Stephanie is a human resources professional with experience in all facets of HR management. She places strong value on building culture and developing people. Stephanie possesses a strong background in the analytical and technical side of human resources. Prior to Vanterra Foundation Solutions, Stephanie was the Vice President of Human Resources at ’58 Foundations & Waterproofing.

Lee brings his deep sales and leadership experience to lead sales training and development at Vanterra Foundation Solutions. Most recently, he led a 50-plus member team as the director of sales at ’58 Foundations & Waterproofing where he grew their efficiency by more than 25%. He’s been in leadership and sales for decades having worked in the Basement Systems network, with other home improvement companies, and owning his own businesses.

Nate brings his 20 years of foundation repair and basement waterproofing production and operations experience to Vanterra Foundation Solutions. Nate started at BDry Waterproofing in the field as an installer and worked his way up to General Manager. He was previously a General Manager and Regional Field Operations Director at ’58 Foundations & Waterproofing.
